This picture of the short 348 yard par four 12th hole from the TPC Stadium Course and the Player's Championship!  This view is taken looking back from a right hand pin position to the fairway where the approach is usually with a short iron into a narrow and sharply tiered Pete Dye green.  Yes the player will usually have a 'scoring club' in his hand here, but it must be struck accurately as you can see there's only about 8 yards of green to work with here.  Imagine trying to get it near this pin from some 4 or 5 inch rough!...
