This FREE shipping option will ship via FedEx SmartPost, which uses a combination of FedEx and the Postal Service (lower 48 United Sates only). FedEx SmartPost transit time is 2-10 business days.

Returns

We always hope that our products have exceeded your expectations. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please email – bob@caddybytes.com – first before returning the product.  You have 30 days after you receive the product to make any returns. For all products, ship the unused items back to us using your preferred shipper. Buyer pays all return shipping costs. We will refund only the original purchase price of the product if it is returned in the exact condition it was shipped to the buyer. With regard to the indoor putting greens, shipping costs can be $50-100 for an item this size and weight. Be sure to read the following paragraph regarding the required condition of all putting greens being returned.

For Putting Greens specifically; if the green has not been taken out of the box, simply tape the box up and ship it back. If the green has been taken out of the box, it needs to be packed up the same way it was received. The “fuzzy” side should be rolled on the outside, so it is touching the inside of the box. All accessories need to be placed in the middle, so as not to damage the putting surface.  Nothing but the inside of the box should be touching the putting surface.  Once we receive the green back at our warehouse, a refund will be given based on the following guidelines: You will be refunded your purchase price. If the putting green is not packed properly and the putting surface is damaged, we will keep up to 50% of the cost of the green. Return with a copy of the packing slip or order # to:
