Welcome
to our Tournament's page for
the 2011 Reno Tahoe Open golf tournament. The Reno Tahoe Open is
played at the Jack Nicklaus designed Montreux Country Club golf course situated
just outside of Reno, Nv. and not far from Lake Tahoe.
The Reno Tahoe Open survived the 'cut' to the new 2010 Fed Ex Cup tournament
schedule with the elimination of Milwaukee and the Buick Open in 2009 and is now
being played opposite the 2011 Bridgestone Invitational World Tour event in
Ohio.
The Reno Tahoe Open is in it's 12th year hosting a PGA Tour event
and previous winners include Notah Begay, Scott Verplank, John Cook, Chris Riley, Kirk
Triplett, Vaughn Taylor twice, Steve Flesch, and Parker McLachlin won in 2008
with John Rollins in 2010. Matt Bettencourt will be defending here in
2011.
