Byron Nelson learned golf as a caddy early on growing up along side his boyhood friend Ben Hogan. He once won 11 golf tournaments in a row (still a PGA Tour record) and later became a reknowned teacher to the likes of Ken Venturi and Tom Watson. Byron Nelson is credited with 'Fathering' the Modern Golf Swing.
