The turning point came at the par-5 16th, where Bhatia delivered a brilliant approach that set up eagle, pulling him into a tie for the lead heading to the final holes. Both players finished regulation tied, forcing the first playoff at Bay Hill since 1999. Returning to the 18th hole, Bhatia calmly converted his opportunity on the first playoff hole to capture the 2026 Arnold Palmer Invitational title and the biggest victory of his PGA Tour career.
